We’re sure most have heard of the dog restrictions within Beijing’s Inner Sanctum – The CBD. (Btw, why is the ‘CBD’ held in such high regard? Maybe something we’ll tackle in another post?).
Anyway – back to the dogs (and something more hard-hitting than the CBD’s ‘Civili(z)sed Chaoyang With Me’ abomination) – we spotted a nice campaign in Hastings (UK) which parleys to the local canine proprietors in a way we may never see in Downtown Beijing. Basically – stop leaving your sh*t for others to stand in. Take heed fellow Enclave Dwellers!
